One-year contract: Management fee of 20% for one unit and 18% for multiple units.

A small fee will be paid to cover the following:

  • AED 370 per bedroom for the Dubai Tourism and Commercial Marketing (DTCM) permit.
  • AED 950 per bedroom for bed linen rental per year (inclusive of dry cleaning after each check-out).
  • A professional photo session worth AED 500 to market the unit/s.
  • Deep clean if necessary.

To make the setup process for your unit more convenient for you, you can request that these fees be deducted from future revenue.

We take good care of our units and always make sure to prioritize our units to stay at the top of search results in all holiday home portals like Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, Agoda, And much more.

Visibility is our highest skill. We have made it very easy for you to have a clear live view of your property by providing you with the most intelligent owner dashboard where you can track the performance of your property like a pro.

Of course, you can. You are kindly requested to get in touch with your StayHub Account Manager and inform us 30 days before your stay.

  • Subject to availability, you may use the unit during the off-peak season (i.e., from 01 May to 30 September) for up to 14 days.
  • During the peak season (i.e., from 1 October to 30 April) you will be entitled to use the unit for up to 7 days subject to availability.

Our goal is to deliver an occupancy rate of 90%+ to our homeowners:

  • We use smart dynamic pricing systems to help increase your occupancy rate.
  • We have internal and external teams dedicated to marketing B2B and B2C properties across all market channels.
  • We provide a 5 stars hospitality experience.

For all bookings, we follow strong procedures to vet guests and ensure we control who stays at your place, to ensure the safety of your property.

  • We ensure guests staying at your place will keep it in perfect condition. We conduct a proper inspection of your property and in the event of any damage, we send our specialists to arrange proper maintenance.
  • We have a guest deposit policy to recover any loss.
  • If the booking is made through Airbnb, you are entitled to a $3,000,000 Host Guarantee coverage at no additional cost.

You are kindly requested to inform us officially at least 30 days before the day you want to terminate the agreement
